What Can You Expect?

The goal of classes with Fitness With Patty is to showcase variety, intensity and offer something for every fitness level.  I offer everything from dance fitness to Pound, strength training and mixed cardio/strength classes.

I am certified as a personal and group fitness instructor, have nutrition counseling experience and have certifications in House Party Fitness, Pound and Steel & Stilettos.  I also have my own branded classes of Mix It Up (strength training) and Let's Dance (a fresh mix of dance styles).  I am also a certified trainer for House Party Fitness, helping other professionals get certified to teach this awesome program.
