What Can You Expect?

The goal of classes with Fitness With Patty is to showcase variety, intensity and offer something for every fitness level.  I offer everything from dance fitness to Pound, strength training and mixed cardio/strength classes.

I am certified as a personal and group fitness instructor, have nutrition counseling experience and have certifications in House Party Fitness, Pound and Steel & Stilettos.  I also have my own branded classes of Mix It Up (strength training) and Let's Dance (a fresh mix of dance styles).  I am also a certified trainer for House Party Fitness, helping other professionals get certified to teach this awesome program.

I have now certified with NASM/AFAA as a personal trainer and I want to invite you to check out a session.  Are you bored with your current group class?  Do you feel that you need to push yourself to the next level to gain results?  Or are you just tired of sitting on the couch and need some one-on-one support and training to get moving?

I offer personal classes to every fitness level and for every fitness goal.  Training is more than doing squats and weights - I also focus on your habits, body image issues and roadblocks to success.  Then together we can work toward YOUR goal.

Body and/or fitness shaming is not allowed and every client will get my full attention and support.
