Group Classes

With a choice of most days and times, there will be a group class to fit your lifestyle.  The classes are adaptable to all fitness levels and there is NO JUDGEMENT.  The only rule in class is to have fun and keep moving

One on One Classes

I currently have three morning one on one classes, where I work with individuals on cardio and strength fitness.  I also will be adding personal training appointments in the near future.  Please message me if you are interested.

Nutrition and Support

Our classes and students offer one another emotional support in the quest for better health.  I am also available to talk with students when they have questions or concerns.

I will be certified in nutrition as well in the near future and will be offering healthy cooking classes and education.
